The most weight loss I’ve seen with this program in my challenge groups are a man who lost 14lbs in three weeks, and a woman who lost 11 in three weeks. This is a great app and allows you to do away with the paper with nearly an exact replica. In fact, on both paper and in the app I wish the foods were listed alphabetically as I am having a difficult time finding certain foods on the container lists. The eating plan is also uncomplicated and if you are okay with eating simple meals, you will have no trouble sticking to it. It allows you to try the entire program for 21 days but if you happen to be unsatisfied with the results, you can simply send it back within 30 days for a refund.
